Team Leader Mold Making - Path Engineering

As a Team Leader Mold Making (also known as Mold Making Supervisor, Mold Production Team Lead), you'll guide the building, development, repair, and modifications of metal molds used to produce plastic injection molding parts. You'll work closely with engineering, suppliers, and the manufacturing team to ensure the highest quality precision in our products.

• Certified Mold Maker or Journeyworker Mold Maker, or credentials from American Injection Mold Institute or American Mold Builders Association.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of mold making experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of toolroom equipment (Grinding, Conventional & CNC Machining, Conventional & CNC Sinker EDM, CNC Lathe).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with excellent math, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to team development, product, and service excellence.
