Team Leader, Packaging & Labeling (3rd shift) - Path Engineering

As a Technical Supervisor in the Packaging Department (also known as Packaging Team Leader, Packaging Operations Supervisor), you'll provide technical direction, supervise personnel, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (cGMP, OSHA). You'll also play a key role in training personnel, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or scientific field, or six years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of professional experience, inclusive of one year in a leadership role.
• Experience with ERP inventory control systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aseptic or related production techniques and equipment.
• Strong proofreading skills, excellent communication abilities, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required), and must be 18 years of age or older.
