Team Leader - Knapheide Truck Equipment

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Quincy, IL is looking to hire a full-time Team Leader to delegate, coordinate, and execute the production of custom-built work truck bodies and equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; overtime as needed or required.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members
• Ensure best practices are being followed throughout the facility
• Conduct regular safety talks
• Report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act of recommendations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Work directly with the sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status

Experience you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of industry related experience
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
