About the Job
Supervises, directs and coordinates the activities of Team Members during the shift. The Team Leader ensures that outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and operational efficiencies are delivered on assigned shifts.
Experience/Education
- Completion of High School Education.
- Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills.
- 6 Months Minimum Quick Service Restaurant Experience and Supervisory Training a plus.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and assign the activities of Team Member that prepare and serve food.
- Completes assigned shift paperwork.
- Helps maintain standards for raw and finished product, service, speed, quality and cleanliness.
- Controls labor hours to match sales volume while on shift.
- Train Team Members to perform specific tasks such as sanitation and safety procedures.
- Supports management team in the personnel policies as dictated in the Employee Handbook.
- Shares knowledge and experience with Team Members.
- Availability to work all shifts.
