Lead all production & support activities, including the development of the salaried team.

What you'll do...
+ Implement the Ford Production System operating systems and processes to global manufacturing standards
+ Ensure stability both internally and externally by focusing on inputs and process confirmation
+ Remove internal and external barriers
+ Manage internal and external interface with the company, suppliers, community, and regulatory agencies
+ Lead transformation and change management efforts
+ Advance the organization through developing highly competent and motivated people
+ Develop “Leaders as Teachers” at all levels of the organization. Ensure employees receive the necessary training, coaching and experiences to raise their performance level and advance the organization.
+ Create a robust and sustainable relationship with the Union in support of the company’s core values
You'll have...
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED
+ Production experience
+ Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel and plant management
+ Strong ability to present in front of plant management
+ Ability to teach Ford Production System principles
+ Union negotiations experience
+ Competent in the use of data for decision making
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
+ Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to resolve diverse problems
+ Work well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management when necessary
+ Ability to work and multi-task in fast paced environment
+ Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Broad production experience
+ Lead Process Coach experience
+ 6-sigma designation preferred
+ Strong analytical skills and quick decision making capability preferred
+ Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
