We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Team Member to join our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in our restaurant.
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per Hour

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part time restaurant job at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations.
* Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dining area and kitchen.
* Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of food and beverage items, including chopping ingredients, making sandwiches, and brewing coffee.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
6. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
7. Must be able to pass Federal Background
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
