Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or Manual Machines
• Read prints 
• Utilize measuring devices 
• Follow Quality Standards including First Article Inspections 
• Self Sufficient at running production
• Work with offsets
• Changing inserts & other tooling 
• Can set up a job and pass first article inspection 
• Gather all work holding and tooling 

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong Understanding of Core Values - safety quality and teamwork
• Be accountable and continuous improvement* 
• Flexibility in daily tasks as a team member 
• 5+ Years Recommended Manufacturing Experience  
• 5+ Years CNC Machinist Experience 
• Attention to detail 
• Strong multitasking skills 
• Effective communication skills 
• Experience in fast paced environments 
• Ability to learn quickly 
• Developed organizational skills
