Team Members are not cashiers, but order consultants ensuring that every guest understands the menu and is informed about possible food allergens, providing customers with a friendly service experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:A Day in the Life
Brand Ambassador – Support the management team and day-to-day operations, Team Members ensure that a high-level guest service experience is paramount, upholding Amy’s values and purpose that deliver total guest satisfaction and happiness.
- Always deliver great customer service to each Amy’s Drive Thru guest and use HEART and WARM recovery to rebuild trust with guest concerns, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
- Actively share information to create an open environment that encourages communication and ask for help when needed.
- Understand ADT core values of taking care of each other, investing in getting it right, rising to the challenge and being your true self.
- Build relationships with customers and share their feedback with the management team as well as build rapport with them.
- Support ADT mission of making it easy and enjoyable for everyone to eat well.
Employee Journey: A Team Member is motivated to support the customer and other team members to ensure that all areas meet ADT service and quality expectations as well as support the MOD in running smooth and successful shifts.
- Ensure order accuracy at every step from order taking to customer hand off.
- Complete Cultivate training courses and pass signoffs from manager.
- Follow ADT cash handling policy when using a cash register.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Follow ADT recipes and procedures at all stations using measuring and portioning tools
- Be open to direction and feedback from management team on safety, recipe execution, policy, procedure, and customer service.
- Deliver on ADT speed of service and quality expectations.
- Execute on assigned station and take breaks following the ADT break and meal policy as directed by the MOD.
- All Team Members are responsible for supporting shift needs such as stocking, unloading shipments, and dishwashing.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance per the Company’s Time & Attendance Policy
- Comply with Amy’s Drive Thru Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
Health and Safety Contribute to a Safety-First culture, upholding all components of the Amy’s Food Safety and Quality Policy and add to overall knowledge and practice of health and safety directives.
- Understand the importance of food allergens and the impacts to guests and verify that ADT Health and Safety standards are always upheld. It is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the mission of the Amy’s Food Safety and Quality Policy. This includes following all Food Safety and Sustainability programs and participating in all required training.
- Practice food safety procedures; proper handwashing and glove changes, proper food handling to prevent cross contact and follow all sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow processes to ensure all equipment is clean and functions properly.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and inviting dining area, patio, and parking lot. Verify restrooms are clean, stocked, and maintained.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- If in High School- must have work permit
- Restaurant experience preferred, not required
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must be able to read and speak English
REASONING ABILITY
- Able to attend, learn, and understand how to use commercial cooking equipment
- Understand time management
