Team Member FF SA-2nd Shift
Description
+ Operate molders, grinders, trim presses, testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipment
+ Perform hand operations such as trimming, assembly, soldering and packing
+ Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as required
+ Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards
+ Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)
+ Report quality defects
+ Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing
+ Packaging of products in accordance with instructions
+ As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times
+ Perform other job duties as assigned
+ Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis
+ Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion
+ Standing for majority of shift (Min 8 hour long shifts)
+ Significant amount of bending and twisting
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Works well in a team environment
* Customer service oriented
* Previous manufacturing experience
Experience with automotive supplier, OEM, or plastics industry is a plus
