Front-of-House Team Member Responsibilities
- Honor and uphold the vision, mission, philosophy, principles, and values of Chick-fil-A Hopkinsville.
- Create eye contact.
- Share a smile.
- Speak with a friendly tone.
- Always say, "My pleasure."
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
- Complete duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 5-25 pounds on a regular basis
Back-of-House Team Member Responsibilities
- Honor and uphold the vision, mission, philosophy, principles, and values of Chick-fil-A Hopkinsville.
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food preparation.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
- Complete duties as assigned.
