Objective
This position works as part of a team. Team Members may be required to perform all tasks/processes within the team and rotate through different processes throughout the day rather than being assigned to a specific task permanently. Team Members manufacture and assemble parts, inspect parts for quality, transport parts throughout the facility, and prepare these parts for shipment to the customer using standardized work.
Key Responsibilities
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
· Must be able to stand, and walk for up to 12 hrs a day
· Must be able to perform repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
· Safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
· Assemble components and entire parts
· Operate machinery and inspect parts for quality
· Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and stamping presses
· Rotate through all the tasks required in a team or on a line
· Clean and monitor work areas
· Follow required safety rules
· Work either Day, or Night shift, and overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Support investigations of quality concerns to determine if condition is to the print or nonconforming
· Assist in Problem-Solving, Brainstorming & Support Implementation of Countermeasure to problems within their processes and lines
· Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
· Perform Visual & Manual Inspection of Final Products to assure standards are met
· Calibrate or Master Equipment to begin Inspection processes
· Other duties as assigned
