Your New Role: 

• Position: Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) - Hospital Medicine

Requirements: 

• State License: Maine 

• Certifications: PA-C or Nurse Practitioner – Family or Acute 

• Experience: Prior Hospital Medicine experience required 

In this Role: 

You will provide hospital medicine coverage at our healthcare facility in Hancock County, ME, a 40-bed facility with a 7-bed ICU. You'll cover 14 shifts per month, primarily day shifts (7a-5p or 7a-7p), working alongside 2 MDs. The role includes managing an average daily census of 12 patients, with 4-6 admissions per day. The hospital offers subspecialty support, including surgery, cardiology, and tele-intensive care, ensuring a comprehensive care environment.
