About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Technician to act in a TEAMS Support Role through a migration process from on-prem to M365. Ideally candidates will have previous experience supporting a large firm as they go live and offering assistance to employees who are new to TEAMS
Required:
Required:
- 3 plus years of TEAMS support
- Experience supporting companies migrating from on-prem to M365
- Experience supporting companies with 1000+ employees
- GCC experience
