Experience or 'Must have' skills: T echs must have at least 2 years' experience; experience with OER Pro & Medivators machines & also with ERCP is required
Are there techs in this department? What are their duties? Techs take care of assisting physicians with all procedures except bronchs (RT does this). They manage equipment & stock rooms & do all scope care. We have 3.5 techs.
Weeknight/Call Requirements Techs take care of assisting physicians with all procedures except bronchs (RT does this). They manage equipment & stock rooms & do all scope care. We have 3.5 techs.
Weekend/Call Requirements: Usually 1 weekend/schedule (schedule is one month) - weekend call is from 7A Saturday to 6A Monday. Call is shared with all techs
Floating Requirements: No floating outside of the Endoscopy/GI lab - however, there are 2 campuses & could travel between the 2 (they are 7 minutes apart)
Open M-F 7am-7pm and weekends and holidays they are open 7am-2:00pm.
Possibly between MSW & MHB because they are under the same license, traveler may float between the two. They are also the first to float. Dress Code: No Hoodies/Sweatshirts or Sweat Jackets.
