General Description: POSITION SUMMARY

Essential Responsibilities: MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES
Responsibilities:
• Provide solution administration support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment
• Provide on-site VIP Support for Executives
• Extensive off-hour VIP Support and other urgent cases
• Working as Tier 2 level technical support
• Experience with SCCM on Image deployment from client side
• High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, and Systems
• Support in-house security solution management
Must Have the Following Competencies: SKILL AND TASKS REQUIRED
• Provide technical support in using these Windows domain tools:
o Active Directory Users and Computers
o Active Directory Services
o Domain Group Policy Experience
o Domain Name System (DNS) Server
• Must have MDM/EMM support experience
• Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience

Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3-years of Corporate Desktop Support or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- • Must have strong speaking and writing skills
- • Must have onsite & remote Executive support
- • Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time
- VDI support experience is a plus
- Korean bilingual required
