Job Title: Bilingual(Korean) Tech Support
Contract Period: 1 yr.
Working hour: 9-6 onsite.
Work Location: Plano, TX 75023
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide solution administration support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment
• Provide on-site VIP Support for Executives including 10+ Corporate Executives from HQ
• Extensive off-hour VIP Support and other urgent cases
• Working as technical support analyst II between tier 2 and the systems/network team
• Experience in AD migration, Federation middle level
• Experience with SCCM on Image deployment, SCEP, and Deployment on Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Provide guidance on the utilization of the Windows Operating System to Tier 1
• High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, Systems, Application, and Security layers
• Server-side entry-level skills on Windows Updates, GPO management, PowerShell, Batch, and VBScript
• Server Hardware, Storage, and Backup technology knowledge
• Manage Samsung in-house security solution management
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have a PowerShell Script experience at Corporation Level
• Provide technical support in using these Windows domain tools:
o Active Directory Users and Computers
o Active Directory Services
o Domain Group Policy Experience
o Domain Name System (DNS) Server
• Provide system administration support with these Microsoft Server technologies: Windows Servers 2012/16/19
• Must have on-site & remote Executive white glove support
• Must have MDM/EMM support experience
• Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience
• Must have VDI support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2-years of Corporate Desktop Support and extensive knowledge of Corporate Systems Administrator, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Must to have strong speaking and writing skills
• Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time
• Linux experience is a plus
