STAFF ATTORNEY

REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from top tier school and record of academic excellence.
- Must be member of the bar in the state where practicing.
- 1+ years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or legal department in the field of data privacy counseling and/or incident response.
- CIPP Certification/US a plus.
- Ability to offer practical advice, have excellent academic credentials, superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skill.
This staff attorney will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment.
Compensation: Salary will range between $125,000-$135,000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
