Description (including, but not limited to):
The selected resource will possess an advanced knowledge of the North Carolina (NC) Sex Offender Registry (SOR), as well as advanced software development skills using BizTalk, C# and .net and MS SQL. In addition to advanced web IT expertise/skills, this resource will bring to the table message based IT skills and state of the art documentation skills.
This resource must be familiar with current State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) applications as well as advanced tools, processes, technical standards and formal strategies that will put the individual in a position to immediately begin supporting, and in a short time modernize existing NC SBI applications.
This resource will have knowledge and experience that will enable them to analyze, re-architect and implement the required improvements. This will require the resource to use all of their current knowledge as well conduct market research in order to guide decision makers toward a more modern architecture.

- 06 years Current State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) application knowledge.
- 10 years advanced application architect experience.
- 10 years advanced experience with documentation software.
- 06 years Detail understanding of the overall objective as it relates to the Sex Offender Registration Notification Act.
