Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Intern
Introduction:
The Technical Business Analyst Intern contributes within the professional services team to learn and aid the Business Analyst team to develop documentation used in a client initial engagement for Toshiba's Point of Sale (POS) solutions in the retail marketplace. The intern may also assist analysts as needed with documenting requirements and migrating existing requirements documentation to a new requirements repository.
Our organization provides software solutions for some of the world's largest retailers, partnering with brands like Walmart, Kroger, Wayfair, and Costco to deliver innovative consumer experiences leveraging a wide range of technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Technical Business Analysts in a subset of the following areas as assigned:
- Updates to Core Product Configuration Documents.
- Updates to BA Workshop Artifacts added for a new release.
- Support a BA in completing project level assignments.
- Building out demo scripts to enable Analysts demo features to a client.
- Assist Business Analyst with client requirements documents.
- Learn about TGCS product offerings and how clients use them.
- Learn about how TGCS products go from an idea to a fully-fledged product.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good analytic and logical problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork-oriented skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Currently pursuing a computer science/Information Systems degree in undergraduate or postgraduate studies
- Experience working in Retail
