Job Description

This position focuses on working closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding and addressing the business needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by identifying business needs; gathering business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to a variety of stakeholders, including non-quantitative audiences. Communication skills should include strong data visualization acumen, including both technical skills (e.g., Dashboarding, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations.
• Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, Mockups, Prototype Dashboards/Reports, UAT plan)
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
• Gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
• Requirements:
• Must have experience working on mid to large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Data analysis Must have proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, Microsoft Office Suite, and Statistical Analysis. Predictive Modeling
