Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: + Understanding and aligning technology solutions with business goals; + Having proven abilities to communicate with and manage stakeholders; + Demonstrating willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; and, + Leading the delivery of automation and advanced analytics solutions (primarily delivery through AI/ML/GenAI) to improve clinical trial timelines and reduce costs / patient burden. Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: + Leading the delivery of technology solutions for our PLS division; + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; and, + Mentoring and developing team members to assess high performance and growth opportunities.
