About the Job
· Conducts process discovery, automation ideation workshops, generate new automation opportunities and interact with cross functional teams to understand automation requirements.
· Develop automation opportunity pipeline and prioritized value delivery roadmap in partnership with business domain leads and automation champions across the IT and Business teams.
· Functions as a process designer, conducts high-level assessment, document detail as-is & to-be process maps and define quantifiable business cases for automation.
· Assess and defines the tangible business value to be delivered through the automated solution.
· Conduct automation feasibility and potential value estimation for the automation opportunity.
· Facilitate ideation sessions (top-down, bottom up) to identify & capture automation opportunities.
· Collaborates with Intelligent Automation Solution Designer to share automation opportunities for automation solution design and feasibility assessment.
· Prior experience in business and process analysis (as-is and to-be process definition) to implement intelligent automation solutions to eliminate manual work.
· Experience with automation solutions that connect / integrates with enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics / reporting solutions and cloud infrastructure.
· Experience with defining process & operational KPIs and assessing operational and transactional data to estimate improvements in the KPIs and associate value capture for the automation solution.
· Proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and perform data analysis and value assessment for the automation solution.
· Ability to effectively engage and work within a matrix team, experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing to drive alignment for the prioritized business requirements.
· Strong relationship building skills with a diversity of stakeholder types; demonstrated expertise with a client-centered approach to stakeholder engagement.
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both written & verbal to articulate the business needs for automation solution and associated business outcome / value.
