Summary
As a Technical Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce is optimized to support our sales and customer relationship management efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- configure Salesforce to meet the organization's unique business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using Flow and Apex Triggers.
- Ensure data integrity by overseeing data imports, data cleansing, and data deduplication efforts.
- Develop and maintain data validation rules, triggers, and workflows to maintain high-quality data.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as HubSpot and other applications to streamline business processes.
- Ability to work with MuleSoft ETL team to implement import/export pipelines.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights along with detailed
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and data security to ensure proper access controls in collaboration with the security and compliance team.
- Proactively monitor Salesforce releases, module updates, and security vulnerabilities while assisting in the execution of the upgrades.
Competencies
- Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder
- At least 3 years of experience writing and maintaining enterprise-level Apex Triggers
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Associate a plus
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
