Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Cloud Data or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience as a technical instructor or in technical training curriculum development.
- 2 years of experience with cloud computing technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or professional certification in Cloud ML Engineer or Cloud Architect.
- Experience creating and managing learning by collaborating with highly technical subject matter experts and managers to develop training content and curricula.
- Experience coding in Python, using data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, etc.) and creating Jupyter notebooks.
- Experience building and managing pipelines.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills within learning content, including effectively explaining technical topics to novice or non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training content and curricula.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain technical learning content and curricula for various cloud roles. These roles include ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Developers. You will translate technical content into effective learning content and curricula. You will have an understanding of cloud computing technologies, learning and development tools and principles instructional design.
You will use your experience working as a Technical Curriculum Developer in ML/AI or as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist. You will enjoy keeping your technical skills and be empowered to maintain your technology leadership in our learning organization.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative, learner-centered training content for on-demand, instructor-led, and blended training. Build associated assets including, labs, videos, facilitator guides, and other resources.
- Analyze Google Cloud Data solutions and products such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Dataplex, Cloud Composer, Cloud Spanner and understanding their role in enabling Generative AI in order to develop effective training for our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with Engineers, Portfolio Managers, and other partners to support initiatives.
- Ensure and drive best practices standardization across all projects, content, and curricula.
- Perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the learning needs of each audience across global audiences.
