RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Process customer orders, payments and returns.
- Reach out to appropriate team members with escalated issues.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- 2+ years' experience in customer service
- Experience in HVAC or Tech industries
