We are seeking a motivated Technical Customer Support Engineer with 2-3 years of customer service or support experience. You'll provide exceptional technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction with our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and remote support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform technical training and installations.
- Configure, test, ship, and install systems involving hardware, software, and networking.
- Create and update technical documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in customer service or support, preferably in a technical role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing (40+ WPM).
- High-energy personality and solution-oriented attitude.
