Location: New Jersey (Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 days in office)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer /Technical Editor with a strong background in creating comprehensive technical documentation for cloud-based software solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation that ensures a clear understanding of complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cloud-based systems, services, and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents.
- Create API documentation, user guides, FAQs, release notes, and system architecture documentation.
- Work in an Agile environment, keeping documentation up-to-date in line with software updates and releases.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all technical documentation, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of proven experience in technical writing, specifically in cloud-based software documentation.
- Expertise in creating detailed user manuals, API documentation, technical guides, and architecture overviews.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of their services and architecture.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Interviews:
- 2 rounds of interviews, including technical discussions and documentation assessments.
