Technical/Engineering Program Manager - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Job Description:  

• Looking for an experienced Technical/Engineering Program Manager to lead and manage complex engineering programs from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful program delivery, and managing timelines, budgets, and resources. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical projects meet business goals, align with company objectives, and are delivered on time and within scope.

 
Responsibilities: 

• Manage day to day operations of our second party access integrations process, including supporting client questions and shepherding requests through the process to fulfillment.
• Partner with our engineering cost savings leads to maintain a program that organizes cost reduction initiatives across teams, including supporting weekly stand-ups, handling communications across teams, and tracking/aggregating savings metrics across the organization to represent our overall impact.
• Serve as a program lead for specific team initiatives where needed that require program oversight, progress tracking and potential process improvements. This work will fall both within our client onboarding processes and in supporting specific client migration efforts. 

 
Experience:

• Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects as well as process ownership with an eye towards the importance of customer service and client support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Firm sense of accountability in an environment that requires the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
• Experience working with privacy policies and compliance requirements.
