HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As the Technical Field Manager, Brine Products, you will be responsible for customer sales support, service, and installation of all brine products. This leadership position is key to Henderson’s sales growth of brine products and maintaining the company’s image to end users for quality products and services. Responsibility will include the East Region states of New Jersey, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, Mayland, and Eastern Virginia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales support, installation, and service of brine products.
- Work with Henderson sales team, key customers, and independent dealers to specify product, assist with bid specs, and close the sale process through product installations in the assigned territory.
- Effective research and establishment of buying cycles, customer needs and relations.
- Sales and service training for all customers and potential customers of the BrineXtreme line of products.
- Recommend, manage, and attend all relative trade shows for promotion of BrineXtreme products.
- Identify revenue opportunities and monitor competitive activity and trends, informing management as appropriate.
- Assist customers in selection of equipment for specific applications, and product trouble diagnoses and resolution.
- Ability to effectively communicate knowledgeable about the product line, its features, benefits, and use of products to customers and potential customers, with complete knowledge of selling techniques and ability to close sales.
- Work closely with entire Henderson sales force to effectively promote BrineXtreme product line.
- Provide product and customer feedback to Henderson regarding recommendations for product improvements, efficiencies to manufacturability, new product development ideas, changes to specifications, etc.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
- Extensive brine equipment and industry knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude and problem analysis and resolution ability; ability to work with product/equipment specifications.
- Technological skills required with knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word in Windows environment.
- Organizational, detail, and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and efficiently/effectively self-manage.
