Reporting to the Data Center Delivery Business Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity join a team that partners across the global AWS infrastructure organizations to shape the future of the AWS profile and tempo to which we deliver.The Data Center Delivery Business Operations team is seeking a highly-skilled & driven Technical Infrastructure Program Manager who will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable data informed processes within AWS Infrastructure
The ideal candidate has experience managing global infrastructure projects/programs; developing, monitoring, and reporting project/program health metrics; leading cross-functional teams; developing & implementing change management plans; training and mentoring performance; and driving process improvements
As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager within this team focused on global data center inventory and power topology accuracy, you will be responsible for organizing and managing continuous improvement and automation initiatives and play a significant role in developing, driving and managing scalable, data-driven processes.Key job responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and/or project deliverables, and negotiate any needed trade-offs.- Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.- End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.- Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow.A day in the lifeThe Soapstone TIPM's responsibilities are split between Program or Project related initiatives to support additional scope or process improvement related to capacity delivery, as well as operational ticket-based tasks of creation and configuration of rack positions within the virtual data hall inventory.About the teamSoapstone plays a critical role in the Data Center delivery workflow

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,700/year in our highest geographic market
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
