Job Title : Technical Lead Cority & SaaS Solutions Support

Job Type : W2 / C2C

Experience : 7-20Years

Location : Remote

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support and escalation to the vendor, Release Management.
• Infrastructure (Solutions are SaaS, however, some servers are Pfizer), Security.
• Interfaces (HR, Medical Devices, Lab Tests)
• Application Configuration
• Assistance with application and development troubleshooting
• Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master on alignment with project objectives.
• Cority Software Experience (strongly desired but not mandatory)
• Team Leadership
• Problem-solving skills self-driven
• Good communication skills, ability to work directly with business representatives
• Standard Working Hours any US time zone
• Windows Server basic knowledge (scheduler, configuration, BAT files)
• MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
• Agile software development (SAFe/SCRUM)
• Cority Data Model/DB knowledge
• Cority application knowledge
• Cority Interface Tools (HRIE/DIE)
• Jira
• Strong Data Analysis skills
• Data Migration experience
• REST API development
• Web Services (OData)
• .NET development
• Enablon Application Knowledge
• GMP validation documentation development and execution
• Most importantly, He/ She needs self-directed, have strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn resources.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
