Job Summary:

Seeking a Factory Automation Engineer with 5 years of experience in SECS/GEM protocols for equipment integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Factory Automation: 5 years of experience in factory automation, specifically using SECS/GEM protocols for equipment integration.
• SECS/GEM Drivers: Experience working with Cimetrix Peer Group or other SECS/GEM driver software.
• Semi-Standards Compliance: Expertise in semiconductor factory automation standards, including: SECS-I (E-005),SECS-II (E-010),RAM (E-037),HSMS (E-142).Substrate protocols.
• Interbay/Intraday Automation: Experience with Interbay/Intraday AMHS SEM (Automated Material Handling Systems).
• Carrier Handoff Protocols: Knowledge of Enhanced Carrier Handoff using Parallel I/O Interface.
• AMHS Stocker Integration: Experience in integrating AMHS Stockers to Interbay Transport System Interoperability.
• Carrier Management: Familiarity with SEMI standards for carrier management.
• GEM Interface: Proficient in using GEM (Generic Equipment Model) for event collection and alarms.

Key Skills: Factory Automation, SECS/GEM Protocols, SEMI Standards, SECS-I (E-005), SECS-II (E-010), RAM (E-037), Substrate Protocols, Parallel I/O Interface and Generic Equipment Model.
