About the Job
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Technical Project Manager in Chicago, IL. The work will be done onsite one day a week. The rest will be work-from-home. This is a long term contract. The initial term is two years. It can continue indefinitely after two years. Compensation is $90/hr W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and lead performance and scalability projects within a structured PMO environment, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Problem Identification: Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks across systems, such as OnBase, ERP integrations, and other enterprise applications, ensuring potential scaling issues are addressed proactively.
- Performance Measurement: Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics to assess system scalability, identifying areas requiring enhancement and reporting on progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with program leads, operational teams, and technical experts to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations around ERP systems and remediation efforts to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior program managers and operational program leads, within the PMO structure.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with a team of program managers who report to operational program leads, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in performance and scalability projects, preferably with experience in enterprise systems like OnBase or similar platforms.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of system integrations, ERP systems, and performance enhancement methodologies.
- Experience working in a PMO structure, with the ability to coordinate with multiple program leads and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system bottlenecks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
