How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This role can sit in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN (Full-time remote not an option) TPE- Crew is a skilled analyst and technical leader. The TPE is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies by communicating and clarifying business needs, contributing to development of long-range plans, and ensuring technology products and services are aligned with business needs across multiple business units, 3rd party and partner domains. The TPE must be self-motivated, responsive, and detail oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: * Drive discussions around new and emerging platforms and help determine the best way to utilize new technologies to build business solutions. * Synthesize current state processes, operating models, and ways of working in order to define new, digitally oriented clarity on requirements. The role will work across a diverse stakeholder group, driving consensus, and creating a shared understanding of detailed requirements in conjunction with technical delivery * Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, systems, systems logic, and desired objectives to develop detailed systems specifications to meet the objectives of the assigned projects. * Prioritizing and sequencing the backlog of epics/features/user stories according to business value, throughout the release and sprint planning cycles. * Meet with business teams when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situations * Collect information about the business process through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) * Provide strategic support to customers in defining or designing business processes and help to identify technologies based on customer requirements * Coordinate multi-system solutions to clarify interdependencies so that systems appear seamless to the customer * Extensive knowledge of product and software development techniques and agile methodologies What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) * 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, product owner or equivalent. * Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery. * Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production. * Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. * Strong written, oral communication, and social skills * Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills. * Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
