About the role
As a Technical Product Manager, Integrations & API's,you will be working in a collaborative environment where you will be encouraged to share your ideas, ask questions, and learn from your peers. You will have important responsibilities within the core areas of integrations and APIs, with opportunities to bridge into platform performance. Additionally, you have a passion for cybersecurity, a willingness to try new things, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
What you'll do
- Lend a technical mind to designing a growing scope of third-party integrations that delivers on customer feedback, requirements, and market needs. You will partner closely with Analyst1's customer success and engineering teams, as well as the sales team.
- Develop and maintain the integration roadmap, along with API changes to support the growing range of integrations. You'll align the roadmap to company and strategic goals and communicate the planned value to various teams, gathering feedback along the way.
- Guide Analyst1's ongoing API engineering efforts with a product-led, human approach to integration connectivity — making connecting to the Analyst1 APIs an approachable, efficient experience for both technology partner and direct customer use cases.
- Implement product principles while collaborating with these teams to balance viability and value, feasibility, and usability.
- Support product and engineering planning efforts by documenting integration APIs, their responses, mapping these responses to the Analyst1 data model, and ensuring the integration for end users is approachable and efficient.
- Manage the functional compatibility with integration vendors and their products to regularly ensure healthy integrations are being delivered to customers. Planning and managing changes to integration partner APIs or processes, including intelligence feed integrations and other security use case-oriented integrations.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration between the product and engineering teams to solve problems and deliver valuable results.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA team members during the release process to support successful releases.
- Understand, research, and follow integration design and outcome trends in the industry, and in general. Make recommendations regarding new technologies to integrate with based on a visibility into market expectations or opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain visibility into competitor offerings.
What you'll bring

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus if you have
- A drive to improve other technical aspects of the Analyst1 product, such as identifying and planning improvements to overall performance and stability.
- Experience managing B2B vendor relationships and/or contract negotiations.
- Cybersecurity experience will be a huge plus.
The US base salary for this full-time position starts at $135,000.
Analyst1 salary is determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
