• Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clear and feasible.
• Backlog Management: Write and manage user stories, prioritize product features, and maintain the product backlog.
• Technical Insight: Use your knowledge of Java, Spring, and Microservices to guide the team and inform technical decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical role, with a focus on product development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Microservices.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
