Responsibilities
As theProduct Marketing Manager for our client, you will be instrumental in craftingproduct messaging, pricing strategies, sales enablement tools, andcustomer-facing content that showcase the value of our client's groundbreakingData and AI Cloud. Your primary focus will be on developing targeted messagingfor key technical personas, such as IT professionals, Data Engineers, and DataScientists. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client’sData Platform and full-stack solutions, ensuring we effectively communicatetheir capabilities, unique differentiators, and business benefits across allchannels to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships. Thisrole will involve collaboration across various teams, including Sales,Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Partners.
·ProductMessaging and Positioning: Createcompelling messaging and positioning to clearly articulate the productcapabilities and unique platform value to technical audiences, including IT andData teams.
·ProductPricing and Packaging: Develop,maintain, and innovate pricing and packaging models that fully capture thevalue of our client's platform and full-stack offerings. Collaborate with Salesto refine these models based on customer feedback and market insights, ensuringalignment with value delivery.
·Sales andPartner Enablement: Equip thesales force and partners with essential sales tools, live training, andresources that empower them to communicate the platform’s technicalcapabilities and value to customers. Produce technical content such as demos(in partnership with Enablement), presentations, and FAQs to support the salesprocess.
·Campaignsand Content: Collaborate closely with DemandGeneration to define campaign strategies aligned with core messaging pillars.Produce customer-facing technical marketing content (e.g., whitepapers, ROIcalculators, blogs, solution briefs, eBooks, website copy, videos, andwebinars) that engages our target personas while enhancing broader marketinginitiatives.
·Launches: Assist in product launches and updates for both internaland external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize theimpact of these launches.
·CompetitiveIntelligence: Maintain in-depth knowledge ofkey competitors' strengths and weaknesses, as well as the factors behindcompetitive wins and losses (including in-house or custom development). Developtools to empower Sales to effectively compete in the market.
Requirements
·Highlytechnical, with professional experience in data products and modern datastacks.
·Provenability to synthesize complex information into coherent frameworks fordecision-making.
·5+ years ofexperience in data/cloud product marketing (or related roles in productmanagement or solutions architecture) within a software/technology context.
·Experienceengaging with enterprise customers and sales teams.
·Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills; a skilled B2B storyteller andpresenter.
·Strongproject management abilities with keen attention to detail and proactivecommunication.
·Familiaritywith scientific research, scientific data, and lab workflows is a plus.
