Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience with machine learning, computer vision, AI, and image processing technologies or consumer imaging products.Preferred qualifications:Experience managing projects that lead to the successful launch of AI-powered imaging features or products like photo editing, camera apps, or computational photography.Experience working with research, engineering, design, and product teams to deliver consumer-facing features, ensuring alignment.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Familiarity with image enhancement techniques, computational photography, and AI frameworks.Ability to drive innovation and push the boundaries of imaging AI to create unique, personalized, and intuitive user experiences.Ability to manage multi-functional projects in fluid environments. Responsibilities Manage research initiatives, developing timelines and milestones. Oversee the execution of imaging related AI and research efforts. Work with leadership to align projects with broader strategic Product and Development (P&D) goals, providing updates and ensuring priority initiatives receive appropriate resources.Manage project and product life-cycles for new AI-powered features and products. Track progress of AI model development ensuring timely delivery.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring project goals, timelines, and risks are well understood.Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to drive the development of AI technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI into consumer-facing products.Drive the implementation of best practices for imaging AI research, development, and productization, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
