The Technical Program Manager supports key customer programs, managing the full program life cycle, internal engineering and manufacturing plans, and ensuring timely contract deliverables. The Technical Program Manager coordinates NPI programs, acts as the sales interface to the factory, and liaises between engineering, operations, and business teams. Responsibilities include managing external factory communications related to quality and product changes.
Responsibilities:
Drive project accountability, solve problems, and proactively address risks to ensure quality and timely completion.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet internal and customer commitments.
Manage custom product requirements and support program development.
Track product progress from initiation to customer delivery.
Collaborate with the quality team on qualification plans for ruggedized applications.
Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time for timely invoicing.
Review customer RFQs with sales operations for accurate quoting.
Improve program performance and processes through standard methodologies.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of RF/Microwave industry experience.
Knowledge of RF/Microwave products; filter product knowledge is a plus.
Experience in designing RF/Microwave products or related applications.
Strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Strong presentation skills.
