Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience in digital learning and development within a technical domain.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience including and utilizing learning metrics in curriculum development.Experience with broad-topic digital content development across numerous platforms.Ability to shift direction in a fast-paced shifting environment.Excellent project management and verbal/written communication skills, with attention to detail. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. In this role, you will consult with internal customers and partnering teams to clarify learning and knowledge needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Work with the other education leads to ensure that cloud education offerings progress on goals for the business.Create high-quality modules, or other related learning content, applying learning science and best practices.Consult with customers to enable successful development of a broad range of cloud education learning and knowledge initiatives.Design, drive, and own the educational content development consultation process and offering, ensuring that it delivers across scalability, efficiency, and quality customer service.
