As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish
You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company

As part of Privacy Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be the first point of contact with potential acquisitions from a privacy perspective

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location

Responsibilities Drive effective Privacy outcomes through Privacy assessment and remediation programs, focused on Acquisitions and Bets.Perform pre-close diligence to drive Acquisition and separation strategy for Alphabet, with the goal of minimizing risk to Alphabet.Partner with business stakeholders to drive privacy engineering considerations, and exception handling into Mergers and Acquisitions transactions and cross-functional engineering teams to provide technical direction and influence technical design.Stay informed on current global Privacy and AI legislation.Partner with legal teams (e.g., Privacy, Product, Commercial, Corporate) to provide legislative and regulatory policy guidance, and with acquired personnel to build privacy engineering principles into organizations while minimizing disruption.
