Technical Program Manager III, Software, Augmented Reality at Google

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. We're focused on making immersive computing accessible to billions of people through mobile devices, and our scope continues to grow and evolve.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Identify and resolve gaps in current processes/tools needed to ensure a successful delivery of our releases with high quality and stability.Lead OEM collaboration on top quality areas and manage key issues across the organization to closure.Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules and communicate status and health to all stakeholders.Identify tools (processes, techniques, automation) that lead or contribute to operational scalability for the internal team.Lead triage and communicate progress with Tech Leads and Program Managers of top issues related to product quality and stability.
