Job Description:

Location: Jacksonville, FL - must be open to hybrid onsite work at least 3x/wk
Type: 12+ month contract with potential to extend
We are only able to work on a W2 basis, no Corp to Corp. Must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship!
Required Skills:
- Must have experience as Program Manager, managing a portfolio of projects or a single large and/or complex program
- Partnered with other Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions
- Supported End to End technology for programs and projects
- Performed program management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery
- Assisted with technology estimates, managed complex technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment - requires responsibility for staff and budget
- Financial industry experience
- PMP, SCRUM, or similar certifications
This resource will work on programs within the Enterprise Strategic Portfolio. This work supports initiatives directly sponsored by senior executive leadership.
- Serves as single point of accountability for end-to-end program execution across people, process, and technology dimensions (projects within the program may range from $1mm-$5mm depending on size and complexity)
- Owns program governance including forecasting and financials, managing a large project budget across multiple service provider teams; ensures on budget performance (+/- 1%)
- Leads Program work group meetings and owns regular status communications to stakeholders; will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior business partners
- Ensures all Program deliverables are managed on time and with high quality
- Owns all program system of record updates and team adherence to enterprise change standards
- Keeps project team focused on delivering critical requirements (Minimum Viable Product) and scope; escalates items that are change controls and/or should be deferred to later phases of work
- Escalates and drives resolution of key Program risks to ensure projects meet their intended objectives and deliver on time
- Applies proactive upfront planning to drive predictable program execution with no major surprises or unexpected headwinds
- Ensures all program objectives are successfully achieved with appropriate measurement and traceability in place to confirm
- Strong Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects
