Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with AI projects, specifically in Evals, Losses, Data Collection.
- Experience with Large Language Models or model systems.
- Experience working in a startup like environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in core modeling to improve model quality for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Data Governance.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions and geographic locations, especially in situations with considerable ambiguity.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and timelines.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze model performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
