• Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day activities
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues
• Risk Management: Identify risks that may impact program delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges.
Education:
• Degree: Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
