Work you'll do
+ Lead the development and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
+ Interface with all project stakeholders, including end users, computer services, and client services, to ensure comprehensive project integration.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
+ Conduct project meetings, track project progress, and perform analysis to ensure project objectives are met.
+ Manage vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Active Top Secret security clearance required
+ 10+ years of experience in project management, leading projects from concept through implementation
+ 1+ years of Agile practices/program management
+ 1+ years Jira experience
Preferred:
+ Experience in managing projects within a consulting or professional services environment
+ Experience in defining project scope, objectives, and developing detailed work plans
+ Ability to interface with various stakeholders and manage project integration
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct project tracking and analysis
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
+ Experience with vendor management and reviewing vendor deliverables
+ Degree in an IT-related field
Certifications:
+ PMP or similar project management certification preferred
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $210,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
