Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Analyst to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ The TDL Analyst evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small and medium sized TDLs.
+ They identify trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
+ They also develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.
+ In addition, the role may conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.
+ The TDL Analyst is a journeyman experienced in improving overall operational performance.
+ The TDL Analyst takes direction from more senior personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree
+ Four or more (4+) years of position-specific relevant experience.
+ Without a bachelors degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required
+ With an Associate’s degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required
+ Candidates with a Masters degree are credited with 2 additional years of experience
+ Candidates with a PhD are credited with 4 additional years of experience
Clearance Requirements:
+ This position requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

The projected compensation range for this position is $92,400.00-$154,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
