About the Job
- Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Governmet Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner and within budget.
- Will be responsible for the creation and submission of contract deliverable documentation and reports to the customer, to include monthly CDRL and IPR briefings.
- Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of 12 personnel, tasks, projects, installations, and customer/stakeholder engagements.
- After-hours support may be required for coordination and guidance to team members in order to resolve unscheduled outages and/or engineering efforts.
- Responsible for high level overview, coordination, and validation of ongoing engineering AV/VTC efforts that include AV integration and life-cycle scheduling of conference rooms, integration and upgrades of VTC systems and infrastructure, as well as WI, SOP, and other technical documentation creation and review.
- Will be responsible for conducting system analysis and recommendations of new AV/VTC technologies to the customer.
- Must have a strong technical background in Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support utilizing Cisco, Crestron, BiAmp, and Extron technologies at a minimum.
- Ten (10) years relevant experience and 6 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Minimum Education: BS or BA or four (5) additional years of related experience.
- Active IAT Level II certification
- DOD TS/SCI Clearance level.
