We are currently hiring six Technical Project Managers to join our teams located in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Location: These positions will be 100% onsite. Local candidates preferred. No relocation assistance will be offered.

Target Salary: $145K to $164K, plus benefits and a onetime sign on bonus of $5,000.00 will be offered.

Overview:
Oversee and perform the telecommunications and network infrastructure modernization from project start up through project closeout. You will project manage and be responsible for assisting other program managers, project managers, and engineers. Duties will include to schedule, provide logistical support, and manage the IT/Telecommunications infrastructure and network projects with our DoD customers.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Manage and direct site survey teams, installation teams and testing teams.
• Manage and account for inventories and other installation required materials.
• Work closely with engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure management activities align with project goals and timelines.
• Perform evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
• Develop, implement, and monitor information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and lead team on small to medium projects.
• Analyze new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
• Provide development of project quality assurance plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.
• Conduct weekly or monthly project management reviews with stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of related IT, Telecommunications or Network project management experience that includes at least 5 + years of project management experience in a DoD environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• DoD IAM Level II is required or CCIE.
• Site survey engineering implementation experience.
• Knowledge of inside plant (ISP) hardware, equipment and cabling infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of voice systems and equipment (Avaya & Cisco Ribbon), data systems (Cisco & Juniper), and fiber optic technologies and standards.
• Experience with large LAN/WAN infrastructures.
• Knowledge of IP networking, routing/switching, and network security principles.
• Knowledge of wireless networks/systems (Aruba & Cisco) preferred.
• Knowledge of power systems, requirements and upgrades.
• Knowledge of UC/VoIP and data transport across IT networks.
• MS Project experience in working with detailed project schedules.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in budget development and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools, especially MS Excel.
• Outstanding leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Successful candidates will be subject to complete and maintain a favorable Tier 1 (formerly known as a National Agency Check Inquiries (NACI) background check and associative suitability.
• Successful candidates will be subject to maintain a valid driver's license.
• Successful candidates will be subject to complete a drug screen and MVR check.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B S/BA Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Security, Computer Engineering or related scientific discipline.
