As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll take charge of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, meeting deadlines, and driving client satisfaction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Translate client needs into clear technical requirements
Track project success through metrics and reporting.
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure consistent communication with clients and internal team throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement best practices and templates for streamlined project management.
Qualifications
3 years of project management experience is required. MSP project management experience would be considered an asset.
Certified project management credentials: PMP, Project, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in project management tools such as ConnectWise
Experience in vendor contract negotiations.
Expertise in drafting and submitting budget proposals, with the ability to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
Mastery of M365 migrations and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical staff.
Other Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance.
Occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95-110k annually
